Saturday was a really productive day. My mate Frogs is on leave from the Army, so we took this opportunity to do a bit of work on the car then have a curry.

We managed to remove both the subframes with out too much pain and eventualy finish my metro brake conversion (more on this in a later log - most of the time was spent on figuring out how tight the ball joints should be). Anyhow, with both subframes removed, I can get to the underneath of the shall and patch up the odd bit of rust! - Scary to think that at 90mph the only things holding me up are those subframes!
